Inner work is world work. Healing takes place as we dive into soma, spirit, and soul with care and precision. In my work I draw from a multi-modality tool kit that touches all aspects of our being. Several forms of traditional, transpersonal, and alchemical psychotherapeutic technologies are engaged with to explore patterns, inhibitions, longings, thresholds, and triumphs. Our sessions together will be experimental and experiential; we will co-partner in a living, co-creative laboratory of discovery. I will offer careful guidance and support, keeping things as real and uncomplicated as possible.

I love to help. I feel healed and whole when I offer something of value to someone else. I focus on what lies beyond techniques, as they are secondary to the truth of who we are. I believe in essence we are embedded in an interconnected web of being and becoming. That is what inspires me and propels my work. When I am gifted the privilege of being in service to another, I feel I am also in service to myself and forces I can’t even name. The humble truth is that I care and love to share from the places in me that speak to the reality of our being alive in a shared field of consciousness. Truth is, we thrive when everyone thrives. I’m keenly aware that at this point in our evolution we need each other to flourish. I work in the spirit of Sarvodaya - which means “universal uplift; waking up together.”
